[Order Tracking] How do I contact and track Shopee Supported Logistics partners? (ENG)

You can track your delivery by checking the in-app tracker and updates will reflect within 24-48 hours. Learn more about the delivery time to receive an order.

Below is a list of our Shopee Supported Logistics partners along with their contact information for any delivery-related inquiries, such as tracking order status or expediting delivery. Please refer to the table below.


⚠️ Note 

Expediting the delivery is only possible for orders that are already past their estimated delivery date.

• If your order hasn't moved for 4 days, please get in touch with the courier's Customer Service team.

Not all couriers will send an SMS or call before delivering the parcel. If you receive a message or call from the rider, you can contact them directly using the number they used. If they’re not responding, can use the Customer Service contact numbers listed above and provide your Order SN or Tracking Number to check your order's status.

• Our Shopee Supported Logistics partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the order to the seller due to non-receipt. If you fail to receive your order on the second delivery attempt or refuse to accept the delivery on your first delivery attempt, the order will be canceled and tagged as Return to Sender (RTS). 

• Orders tagged as RTS will not be available for re-delivery

For rider behavior concerns and/or fake pick up/delivery attempts, you may contact the courier directly or report it to our Shopee Customer Service.
